Here are the delicious (and interchangeable) flavor combinations for our cakes and cupcakes. Everything we sell is baked from scratch and hand-decorated. Don't know what flavors to combine? Just ask!

Cake Flavors

Vanilla Buttermilk

Moist, light melt-in-your-mouth cake flavored with our house-made vanilla extract. The perfect canvas for your favorite filling!

Funfetti

Our classic vanilla-buttermilk cake with the addition of colorful sprinkles in the batter! An excellent birthday cake choice and a top choice for many of our brides!

Almond Pound

Pure almond extract scents this delicious pound cake. This cake has a dense crumb, perfect for sculpted cakes!

Lemon Pound

Moist and zesty, this cake in sunshine in every bite!

Chocolate

Our devil's food cake is chocolatey and moist, and made with coffee from our favorite coffee local roaster, ReAnimator!

Red Velvet

A perennial favorite, this deep red cake is made with lots of cocoa and buttermilk. Ours has a soft crumb and a distinct chocolate flavor.

Carrot

Our special carrot cake has grated carrots, pineapple and toasted coconut baked right into the batter, making this cake super-moist.

Banana

Decadent and full of rich banana goodness. Soooo good filled with peanut butter buttercream or truffle cream.

Coconut (seasonal)

This is a fragrant cake made with real coconut and coconut milk, and it has a lovely tropical flavor. A delicious choice in the spring and summer!

Pumpkin Spice (seasonal)

Velvety, moist pumpkin cake accented with warm spices (seasonal). We love to pair this with our caramel meringue buttercream in the fall or our old-fashioned vanilla icing. It tastes just like autumn!

Old-Fashioned Vanilla Buttercream

Rich American-style buttercream made with pure butter, vanilla, sugar, and a touch of cream cheese.

Vanilla Meringue Buttercream

This classic European-style buttercream is made with fluffy meringue, pure sweet cream butter and house-made vanilla extract.

Chocolate Meringue Buttercream

This classic European-style buttercream is made by adding bittersweet Belgian chocolate to our vanilla meringue buttercream. Some people liken the flavor to melted chocolate ice cream - who doesn't like that?

Truffle Cream

Similar to a rich chocolate mousse in texture, our truffle cream is made with pure cream and bittersweet Belgian chocolate. We haven't found many cakes that don't want to be paired with this filling!

Lemon Meringue Buttercream

This classic buttercream is made by adding fresh house-made lemon curd to our vanilla meringue buttercream. The perfect balance of tart and sweet!

Green Tea Meringue Buttercream
Raspberry Meringue Buttercream

This classic buttercream is made by adding pure, seedless raspberry puree to our vanilla meringue buttercream. Y-U-M.

Strawberry Meringue Buttercream
Passionfruit Meringue Buttercream

This buttercream is made by adding passionfruit puree to our vanilla meringue buttercream. Passionfruit is a unique citrusy/floral flavor with a tropical twist, and is one of Zoƫ's favorite flavors.

Peanut Butter Meringue Buttercream

This buttercream is made by adding creamy peanut butter our vanilla meringue buttercream. This is totally amazing sandwiched with our chocolate fudge cake - believe it!

Fondant

Fondant is a rolled icing that goes on the outside of a meringue buttercream-iced cake. It is sweet and a tiny bit chewy. Cakes that have vibrant colored icing are most often covered with fondant, and many of our decorations are also handmade with fondant.
