  • How do I order custom cookies?

    Please fill out our request form with as much detail as possible. We try to reply to all requests within three business days.   • How far in advance do I have to order?

    We require at least one week's notice to order our custom cupcakes, but the earlier you contact us, the better.

  • Do you have a minimum order for custom cookies?

    Yes, we require orders of at least one dozen custom cookies.

  • How much do custom cookies cost?

    It really depends upon the size and design, but most of our cookies are $5-6 each. They come individually wrapped with coordinating ribbons or stickers.

  • Do you offer discounts for large orders?

    We do not offer quantity discounts.

  • How are the cookies made?

    All of our cookies are handmade right in the Whipped Bakeshop kitchen. Our artists decorate them one by one using almond royal icing and a variety of specialized techniques. Each cookie takes between 24 and 48 hours to finish, including baking, decorating, drying and packaging.

  • Will the cookies get stale?

    The cookie recipes that we use are shelf-stable and taste great for a long time, especially when individually wrapped. One of our baker's moms (who shall remain nameless) has been known to devour them weeks after they were made.

  • Do you make sugar free/gluten free/nut free products?

    Sorry, we do not. Please be aware that products using nuts are made in our kitchen.

  • How does delivery work?

    We deliver in the Philadelphia area. Most locations cost $20 for delivery, but outlying areas may cost extra.

  • What if I don't want to pay for delivery?

    You can pick up your cookies at our retail store during business hours. We'll set up a time with you.

  • How does shipping work?

    We ship all of our cookies via UPS Ground. The cookies are individually wrapped so they stay fresh, and then carefully packaged and boxed to keep them safe. Our customers tell us that the vast majority of orders arrive 100% safe and sound. While we do our best to avoid breakage, a few cookies will break from time to time. While we do not provide refunds for breakage, we can assure you that any broken cookies will taste just as good!

  • What is your return policy?

    Due to the time-consuming handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges. You can, however, expect the highest level of service from us. We take great pride in our cookies and we want you to be 110% satisfied. 100% satisfied at the very least.
