  • How do I order custom cookies?

    Please fill out our request form with as much detail as possible. We try to reply to all requests within three business days. You can also email zoe@whippedbakeshop.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it if you prefer.


  • How are the cookies made?

    All of our cookies are handmade right in the Whipped Bakeshop kitchen. Our artists decorate them one by one using almond royal icing and a variety of specialized techniques. Each cookie takes between 24 and 48 hours to finish, including baking, decorating, drying and packaging.

  • How does shipping work?

    We ship all of our cookies via UPS Ground. The cookies are individually wrapped so they stay fresh, and then carefully packaged and boxed to keep them safe.
